Sneakest is made up of a team of crazy sneakerheads based in Singapore.

Our goal is to gather like-minded people together and to bring this community all things sneakers!

a. Web Account

You can choose to sign up by filling up our form or by logging in using your Social Media account. 

You may sign up as a member here

b. Account Verification

Upon signing up, you will receive a verification email from us. Kindly verify your account by clicking on the link in the email. 

We offer international shipping world wide!

Account Management

Your password can be reset/changed at the customer login page here

1. Click on "Forgot your password?"

2. Enter email address used to sign up for an account with us

3. Email will be sent to you for password reset

To change your email address, kindly drop us an email at info@sneakest.com with "Change of Email" as subject heading. 

Buying

1. Add items that you want into the "cart".
2. Click  "Go to cart" (at top right hand corner of page). You will be able to review your cart before making payment.
4. Click "Checkout" to go to Customer Information Page.
5. Select your shipping method at the Shipping Method Page.
6. Select payment method and click "Complete Order"

Your order will then be placed and a confirmation email will be sent to you. 

Sneakest currently accepts payment via credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and bank transfers. 

You will be able to select credit card payment at the "Payment Method" page. 

You will be able to select bank transfer option at the "Payment Method" page. 

Instructions for Bank Transfer:

Transfer your payment within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email to:

Reply to your confirmation email with the following detail:
- a screenshot of the transaction showing amount, time, date transferred, and reference number.

You will be notified when your item(s) is on its way.

You will only be able to change your payment method before clicking on the "complete order" button, under the "Pay Method" page.

Shipping and Delivery

Sneakest ships worldwide! 

Shipping rates will be calculated at check out. 

NOTE: International orders may be subjected to customs fees by the destination country’s government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of Sneakest. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you. 

Local Standard Shipping Rate:

- 0.1kg to 2kg - $5

- 2.1kg to 3kg - $7

- 3kg and above - $10

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING for orders above $200. 

When your orders are above $200, there will be an option to select "Free Delivery". Kindly select the "Free Delivery" option for free shipping. 

Overseas Standard Shipping Rate:

Orders placed by 1:30pm will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 1:30pm will be processed the next day. 
We work closely with our merchants to ensure that your item(s) will reach us within 2 working days after order confirmation. 

Your item(s) will then go through our Quality Check (QC) to ensure that the product matches the condition stated by merchants. 

a. Singapore
We pledge to ensure your item(s) arrive within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. 

b. Overseas

As the journey to your country is longer, your item(s) is estimated to reach you within 16 working days.

When checking out, at the "Shipping Method" page, kindly check on the "Self Collection" option.

- Saturdays:

Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Please feel free to collect your item(s) during our opening hours.

Kindly note that you should only collect your item(s) after receiving an email to notify you that your item(s) has arrived at our office.

Kindly bring along a proof of purchase - screenshot or printed copy of confirmation email (that includes your order number) when you collect your item(s). 

Quality Check

Sneakest aims to provide a safe marketplace for all sneakerheads. 

After you place an order with us, your order will be sent to us for Quality Check (QC). We inspect all items to ensure that items are authentic and are as accurate to its listings as possible. 

We only accept Sellers with best reputation and we verify all products to ensure their authenticity.

Our platform only accepts authentic sneakers and accessories. 

Cancellation

We are happy to offer cancellation option during the Sneakest Guarantee period. 

In the event where you wish to cancel your order, you may do so during the Sneakest Guarantee period, if the seller has not yet fulfil your order. 

After your order has been cancelled, your payment will be refunded to you within 3 working days. 


You may cancel your order by dropping us an email at sales@sneakest.com with the following details:
- Name
- Order number
- Kindly state "Cancellation" as subject heading. 

The Sneakest Guarantee is a period of 2 days from the time of your order placed. Merchant is given 2 days to fuilfil (ship out) your order before Sneakest releases payment to Merchant.

During this period, you may cancel your order before the seller fulfils your order. 

Reward Points

Points are our official rewards system which can be earned whenever you make a purchase from Sneakest. Points earned will be credited to your Sneakest account after you have completed your purchase.

For every $1 spent on Sneakest platform, you will earn 1 Point.

Points earned can be exchanged for Sneakest discount vouchers that can be used for your next purchase!

There multiple ways to earn Points:

1. Create an account on Sneakest
100 pointswill be rewarded to you upon sign up. Points automatically goes into your account.

2. Make any purchase on Sneakest Platform
$1 spent = 1 Point earned

3. Share Sneakest.com page on your Facebook page
- 25 Points(valid once per account )
- Click the “Reward Program” button on the bottom right of your screen.
- Select ‘Earn More Points’.
- Click “Share” on the “Share on Facebook” button.
- Upon successfully sharing on your Facebook, 25 Points will be credited to your Sneakest account!

4. Like Sneakest Facebook page
- 50 Points(valid once per account )
- Click the ‘Reward Program’ button on the bottom right of your screen.
- Select “Earn More Points”.
- Select “Like” on the Like on Facebook tab.
- A new tab will pop up and click “Like” on our Facebook page.
- Upon completion, 25 Points will be credited to your Sneakest account!

(If you have already “Liked” our Facebook page before, our system will be able to identify your Facebook account and credit the Points to your Sneakest account automatically)

5. Follow Sneakest Instagram page
- 50 Points(valid once per user) 
- Click the ‘Reward Program’ button on the bottom right of your screen.
- Select “Earn More Points”.
- Click “Follow” on the “Follow on Instagram” tab.
- A new tab will pop up and click “Follow” on our Instagram page.
- Upon completion, 25 Points will be credited to your Sneakest account!

(If you have already Followed’ our Instagram page before, our system will be able to identify your Instagram account and credit the Points to your Sneakest account automatically)

6. Celebrate your Birthday with Sneakest
- 25 Points (valid once per user)
- Click the ‘Reward Program’ button on the bottom right of your screen.
- Select ‘Earn More Points’.
- Select ‘Save date’ on the. ‘Celebrate a Birthday’ button.
- Enter your date of birth and click save.
- Upon completion, 25 Points will be credited to your Sneakest account!

Accumulate Points to exchange for discount vouchers! To use your Points, click the ‘Reward Program’ button on the bottom right of your screen. You can check your Points earned and Rewards available in the “Reward Program” window.

- To view discount vouchers available, click “Spent Points”.
- Select “Redeem” on the discount voucher of your choice.
- Points will be deducted from your Sneakest account once you select “Redeem”.
- Discount code will appear in “Your Rewards”.
- Select ‘View’ and copy the discount code and paste it in the “Discount” field when you checkout.
- Discounts will automatically be applied to your cart after you apply the discount code.

There is no minimum spending required to earn Points!

Simply make any purchase on Sneakest to start rewarding yourself.

Exchange, Returns and Refunds

Sneakest only accepts authentic sneakers and accessories. We do this by only accepting Sellers with best reputation and by verifying all products to ensure their authenticity. After you place an order, your order will be sent to us for Quality Check. Sneakest inspects all items to ensure that items are as accurate to its listings as possible. If your sneakers or accessories are found to be falsely advertised, we will notify you during verification and offer you a full refund for your order.

We currently do not accept any other exchange or return requests.

However, if there are any other issues you are facing with regards to your order,  you may drop us an email at sales@sneakest.com and we will try our best to assist you.
