26 March marks a special day for Nike Air Max fans. It is the annual celebration of Air Max, also known as Air Max Day! As Sneakerheads, we typically look forward to special releases of new models or the call back of classic Air Max colorway.
This year, however, Nike will be changing things up for Air Max Day 2019! Instead of new models or special releases, Nike is introducing a 'Give Fresh Air' campaign. This initiative aims to promote the idea of making a difference to the community through common love for sneakers. Fans will be able to donate new and gently worn sneakers at selected stores as a way to give back to the community.
The initiative has already started and will run all the way till end April, only in the U.S.
